[duulles-announce] Duulles lunch for New Year's Eve

As a reminder, a Duulles lunch location was previously posted (last month) 
for the lunch this Sunday (December 31st!)

As it turns out, I will not be able to attend because it was the only day I 
could arrange for my daughter to see her grandfather, and she hasn't seen 
him in quite a while.  But I'm sure other folks in the group have it on 
their calendars and a good time will be had by all.

All are welcome to attend and enjoy the Lebanese and Mediterranean fare this 
weekend, and I'll catch up with everyone next month!!

At Jeannie's suggestion, this month's location will be trying somewhere 
different, and moving it a little later for the travel distance.
