Soulful Sundowns in DC update

The informal committee thats working to start up a series of Soulful Sundowns
happening in the Metro DC area met again this past Monday and came to the
following conclusions:

The kick off Soulful Sundown will happen:

Saturday, September 6th:
Topic:  New Beginnings.  
Location: TBD, but preferably a park in the Maryland Suburbs near a metro.

We're thinking that the next Soulful Sundown will happen at 
the Arlington, VA church in early November.
